HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Our delivery cost is £7.00 flat rate via courier for most of the UK or £4.00 flat rate for local delivery around Liverpool and surrounding areas, (we also offer £2.00 delivery for areas within close proximity of our business) this will be automatically shown as an option if you live in one of the qualifying postcodes. If you live in any of the Highlands and other selected Scottish postcodes DG1 – DG14, DG16 GY9 – GY10TD1 – TD15, UK Islands or Northern Island please email us before ordering and we can give you a delivery quote.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY METHOD?
We use APC overnight, DPD and Royal Mail Tracked as our chosen couriers. If you have qualified for the local delivery option we will be delivering it to you using our own delivery service. If you are using this method we will contact you after you have ordered with your delivery date and time.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
It usually takes 2-3 working days for us to prepare your order and organise delivery through our couriers, however in some circumstances you may receive your order sooner.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY DAYS?
Local deliveries are Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered Monday.
For orders via our courier delivery days are Monday to Saturday.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If you leave a mobile number at checkout you will receive alerts from our Courier and be able to change your delivery instructions.
DO YOU DO LOCAL PICK UP?
Unfortunately we don't at the moment but this will change in the future. If you do live local to us your postcode will automatically activate the local delivery option which is a flat rate of £4.00 or £2.00 if you live within close proximity to our business.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED SOMEWHERE ELSE?
Yes, you can have your order delivered to a different address. You just need to add the address at checkout. However if the address is part of the Scottish Highlands, some other selected Scottish areas, any of the UK Islands or Northern Island you need to email us first for a quote as there may be an additional fee.
CAN I ADD A GIFT MESSAGE TO MY ORDER?
Yes. There is an 'Add Note' option on your checkout page. You can add your gift message here and we will add it to your order.
CAN I CHOOSE A LATER DATE TO HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED?
Yes, If you would prefer we delivered your order later than the 2-3 days please let us know in the 'Add Note' section of your checkout page and we will book you in for your preferred date.
